What is included in every plan?
Every plan includes a branded storefront, a catalogue with variants and stock, cart and checkout with Razorpay or cash on delivery, order tracking, an order dashboard with statuses, and database-level stock locks. Plans differ on catalogue size, monthly order volume, custom domain, counter POS, Google Sheets sync, analytics, and onboarding.
Is there a per-user or per-order fee?
No. You pay one flat monthly fee for your business. There is no per-user charge, no per-order fee, and no commission on your sales. GST is charged separately at 18%.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free. For example, Growth is ₹2,999 per month or ₹29,990 per year. The exact annual amount is shown when you switch to annual billing.
Is GST included?
No. All prices are in INR and exclude 18% GST. Enterprise subscriptions can be issued a GST tax invoice under custom terms. On Starter, Growth and Business, the Razorpay payment receipt is the document.
How does the 14-day pilot work?
Tell us which plan fits. We set up your storefront, help you load your catalogue, and configure payments and cash on delivery. You run real orders for 14 days. No card and no invoice during the pilot. If it is not a fit, we part ways.
What counts as an order?
Any order placed through your storefront or counter POS in a calendar month. Orders cancelled before confirmation are not counted.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Nothing switches off mid-month. We review your usage with you before renewal and move you to the next plan when it makes sense.
Do you support field sales and GST invoicing today?
Not yet. Flowauxi is an order desk: retailers order from your storefront, and your counter team can bill walk-ins in POS. We do not have a beat-planning or GPS field-sales app, and we do not generate GST invoices for retailer orders, e-invoices, or Tally exports. Your order data can sync to Google Sheets so your accountant can raise tax invoices in your existing tool. Both areas are on our roadmap — see 'What's next' above. Nothing on that roadmap is sold as live until it ships.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Growth and above. We connect it during onboarding. Starter includes a hosted Flowauxi storefront link.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be stopped before the next renewal. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months. Talk to us before renewal and we will confirm the date in writing.
Which payment methods can my retailers use?
UPI and cards through Razorpay, or cash on delivery. Razorpay's transaction fees are charged at their standard rates.
How do I get started?
Pick a plan and send us a note. We will confirm fit, schedule a walkthrough, and agree on a start date. If you need a custom rollout, choose Enterprise.
